We take great care and pride in designing, processing and shipping your order. So unless your items arrive damaged, we cannot process cancellations, returns or exchanges. Also, we cannot process refunds due to event cancellations.
We make sure to send you virtual proofs of your artwork before we go to press. And we don't print until you have approved the artwork and layout.
All Custom Items are not returnable. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days.
